Free Linking Policy
A website linking policy is a document published by a website operator that may: (i) control, or attempt to control, the linking policies and practices of website users and others; and/or (ii) detail the website operator’s own linking policies and practices. In many jurisdictions, the enforceability of a linking policy will be open to question. This is particularly true where the linking policy does not constitute or form part of a contract.
