You are welcome to incorporate the clauses into your own contracts, but please take care if you decide to do so.
First, the text of the clauses may need to be integrated with the drafting conventions and styles of the contract you are using.
Second, as with the full-length documents on this website, the example clauses are not drafted to meet the requirements of any particular jurisdiction. Accordingly, in a given jurisdiction, they might be subject to interpretative rules or legislative requirements for which they were not designed.
As the clauses were written by English-qualified lawyers, they may be more likely to be suitable for use in relation to documents that are governed by the law of a common law jurisdiction.
